jeethbuzz Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jeethbuzz ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "your"). By using jeethbuzz services through the website, mobile version or any other channel, you will automatically be considered to have accepted all clauses of these Terms.

jeethbuzz reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you automatically accept the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on jeethbuzz and participate in any gaming activity, you must be 21 years of age or older. This age limit is consistent with both Bangladesh law and our platform policy. We may request official documents (national ID card, passport) for age verification at any time.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be immediately suspended and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension. It is your responsibility to notify the support team immediately if any of your information changes.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. jeethbuzz will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, please inform us immediately.

3.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on jeethbuzz is ৳200 (two hundred taka), applicable to all payment methods. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfer.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to a verification process. Withdrawals will be made to the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Verification Process

jeethbuzz may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for large withdrawal amounts or at any time. This process may require a national ID card, bank statement or proof of payment method.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on jeethbuzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000 and a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount (10x wagering requirement). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• There is a set time limit for using the bonus — details will be provided on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.
• jeethbuzz reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which are provided in detail within the game interface. It is recommended to read those rules carefully before starting a game. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, the relevant round will be considered void.

5.2 Cheating and Manipulation Prohibited

Any form of cheating, use of bots, software-assisted manipulation or collusion with other users is strictly prohibited on jeethbuzz. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently suspended and the balance will be forfeited.

5.3 Developers and Game Providers

jeethbuzz features games from leading providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming and Ezugi. The outcomes of these games are determined by an independently verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).

5.4 Technical Errors

jeethbuzz will not be held responsible for any game loss caused by server outages, internet disconnection or other technical issues. However, we always endeavour to provide a fair resolution.

jeethbuzz's VIP program has three tiers, with weekly cashback benefits offered at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Promotion to higher tiers is earned through regular gaming activity. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash — they are only usable under the specified terms and conditions. jeethbuzz reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

Participation in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using automated bots or other software to play games.
• Accessing another user's account or attempting to hack.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intention of exploiting the bonus system.
• Defrauding or manipulating other users.
• Harassing or disrespecting jeethbuzz staff.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.

8.1 Suspension by jeethbuzz

jeethbuzz may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for reasons including breach of Terms, suspicious activity, evidence of fraud or any other valid reason. In such cases, jeethbuzz may have the right to forfeit the account balance.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, you may submit a request through the support team. Before closure, please complete all pending transactions and withdraw any available balance.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months). We will attempt to notify you by email before deactivation.

jeethbuzz places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be for entertainment — never as a solution to financial problems.

• Failure by the user to comply with local legal obligations.

jeethbuzz will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental or punitive damages.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to respond within 72 hours. If the matter is not resolved with the support team, it may be escalated to jeethbuzz senior management.

The final decision will be provided by jeethbuzz authorities and that decision will be considered binding on both parties. In any dispute, jeethbuzz's records and log data will be treated as conclusive evidence.

The jeethbuzz website, logo, design, content, software and other elements are the intellectual property of jeethbuzz. Reproduction, distribution or use of any part for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Games and content from third-party game providers are the intellectual property of the respective providers.
